Bought a Frigidare washer and dryer from Lowes if you spent a certain amount you would get $100.00 gift card. After sending receipts in that I got when I purchased the items, about 6 to 8 weeks passed so I called the number on the receipts I was told my receipts were not received although they sent me my delivery fee back earlier so they did receive, never got anything back because I had my return address. They gave me new address to sent because I also bought a lawnmower which did not get gift card rebate for. Finally after waiting again another month they send me back one of my envelopes with offer expired stamped on it.
Went to Lowes had someone at the customer service desk call only to find out after all of this my appliances were not covered on this gift rebate only the lawn mower for a $25.00 rebate and the delivery charge for my appliances. Of course the lawnmower rebate was lower value the thing is no where did it say when I bought it that this brand was not covered nor did they tell me this when I bought it or called about the reciepts the first time and when I went to loews when customer service called for me they did not say these particular brand was not covered. When I bought the appliances it said any appliance. I finally got the gift card for the lawnmower. As far as I am concerned this was all a come on to get you to buy the appliances why would they give you a rebate for the delivery charge but the appliances themselves no rebate. Disgusted this is unhanded and I think they should still have to give me the gift card for $100.00.
