Unable to return for refund to siliconsolar.com a defective solar fountain pump kit Ripoff

I paid $90.27 (with shipping) in July for a Night & Day Solar Fountain Pump Kit (SKU 04-1185) from SiliconSolar.com which worked OK for one week, sporatically for a few more weeks then not at all.

I downloaded their troubleshooting PDF and followed all the instructions, a couple times, to no avail.

I called first in August and was told the pump might be bad and I would have to BUY a new one.

I called again in October and was extended condolences. The unit cannot be returned for refund. I have paid $90 for a few useless pieces of plastic.
