I recently purchased over $3000.00 worth of appliances at Lowes Clackamas locations. Upon purchasing I was given a rebate submission with their hand written information on it for online submission. Upon checking the status of the rebate, I finally was informed (after speaking to the store, Lowes customer service and the rebate service center) that my items are not eligible. I feel since I have the form with their employees hand written information on the submission form that they should honor the rebate. After all they do have $3000.00 of my money and they can't rebate $180.00 or at least have told me in the first place that my items did not qualify. I feel like each department just "passed the buck" so to speak. I am very disappointed in their customer service and how they handled the situation.
