I bought an air bed from this company. I also bought a heated mattress pad. The sales personnel told me there were only 44 left in the country, but they were going to call and find one. I told them if they couldn't find it to let me know.
Two weeks no call, no mattress pad. Called store, manager left me a message saying she hadn't forgot me and she was having one sent from New Jersey (if she hadn't forgotten, why was it shipping that day). Two weeks later no phone call, no mattress pad. Called store, clerk would have Manager call me the next day. No call. Called store two days later, Manager on vacation. Told clerk who I was, he was going to call and find out what was going on and call me back in 10 minutes. No call. Called next day talked to someone else. He found out there were no pads, Manager had lied to me.
Called corporate office, they were willing to take bed back, but I would have to pay freight, in addition I wouldn't get credit for mattress pad. Told them that was problem.
I wrote to radio station and they called the company. I heard from Public Relations Director. She was going to handle. Never heard from them again.
