Don't purchase your mattress from Mattress Warehouse.
My wife and I purchased a king size mattress/box spring (s)
from the Mattress Warehouse in Stafford, Va.
We were promised a saturday morning delivery.By late Sat. Morning the manager contacted us to say that he was sorry and he made a mistake and we wouldn't be receiving our mattress until some time on monday. I stated that he needed to keep his promise and adhear to the agreed upon delivery date. I also told him that my wife was pregnant and we didnot have a mattress to sleep on. He said he would make a few calls and call me right back.
15 min. Later he called back and said he had to pull some strings and we would get our mattress on sat., but it wouldn't be until after 5pm.By 9pm, no mattress.
Our mattress was delivered on Monday. The driver told us that we were never on the sat. Delivery schedule! He also stated that he was never told to deliver our mattress after 5p. Atleast
he was honest.
I've emailed Mattress Warehouse 3 times. I was professional and simply stated what had happened and how we were lied to several times by there store manager, Kevin Smith. I never even received a response!
I would never buy anything from them again.
