I purchased almost $4000.00 worth of furniture from this store and every piece was delivered with defects of one kind or another; scratches, dents, gouges, missing corners, etc. Two of the pieces were even floor models that were very badly damaged (we saw these pieces at the store when we went in to order).
We DID NOT order floor models! For five months now I have been trying to get the manager to fix these problems to no avail. He has been arrogant, cursed at me using vulgar language and has launched into unrelevant tirades like a crazy person. When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau he responded to them that he wasn't fixing any of the problems because I insulted him and his employees! He's acting more like a spoiled brat kid than an owner of a store. I can't imagine how he can rationalize poor service by saying it is essentially my fault. I paid for perfect merchandise and want only what I paid for no matter what he thinks of me or I of him.
