Ripoff, All furniture is damaged. Rude employees. Failure to comply satisfation

I bought 4,000 dollars for damaged furniture. Manager fail to satisfy customer complant. Sales associate lied about delivery comming in five days.instead it took them two weeks. I was completey ripped off.

I believe my funiture is the floor models 'cause i went back to the store and the models were no longer there.
