Got a few rooms installed and the installers were horrible. They cut the carpet too much when installing and therefore left us with holes that they tried to glue pieces down to cover it up. When realized, and MANY hours "chasing" them on the phone. My carpet STILL has holes and there response is..."they have seen worse!"... Come on, who buys carpet and expects to keep it with holes at the seams?
Stay away from them... They use subcontractors and dont know how to install!
