Exasperating customer service, mishandled order, misrepresented, slipshod packing insidestore.com Intetnet

I ordered bathroom faucets and shower componets, and toilets. I did not receive all that was ordered. Many of the items I did order were in opened boxes with parts missing. I contacted the company many, many times by telephone and e-mail. The company always had excuses for not getting bacvk to me with the information on the missing or damaged articles. It was exasperating dealing with customer service. They mishandled my order andthe wearhouse was quite slipshod in packaging my order.

This matter was only resolved after I got the NY division of Consumer Affairs involved. Customer service never took the blame for any of this. I never did get my missing parts, but I finally did get a partial refund only after consumer affairs got involved. I was displeased with this company immensley and feel they misrepresent themselves.
