Doesn't stick to promises

On Monday July 25 I called Perla's Appliances Plus for repair on a dishwasher. We set up an appointment for Wednesday July 27 between 8:00 A.M. And 12:00 noon. On the morning of the 27th I received a call from Perla's confirming I'd be here. I said I'm ready. They said they'd come in the afternoon.

I told the repair person that I made the appointment for the morning because I have a three-year-old with me and I have my day planned out. (I didn't want them working on the dishwasher while he was napping.) The repairperson put me on hold and switched me to Rocky. I explained that I made the appointment for the morning. He asked if, when the appointment was made, he'd talked to me or my wife. (I believe it's because he was going to say my wife didn't specify the morning.) I told him I made the appointment. I also told him that I made if for the morning because of the day I'd planned for my three-year-old. I was calm and nice the whole time. He replied that he'd pass on the job because of my attitude.

Apparently at Perla's you have a bad attitude if you ask to receive the prompt service you were promised.
