I'm Fed Up! - Their customer service

I have ordered from this company several times, and 3 of the 4 times I ordered, I had items missing, and had to contact customer service. I would get the same prescribed email stating that Vitacost is sorry for the inconvenience and tries to give 100% service. I would have to wait an additional week or two to receive my missing items. On my most recent order on August 1, I received half of my order and a week later I contacted Vitacost to ask where was the rest of my order was and I was told that it got lost and they would have to replace the rest of my order. My question is if Vitacost knew this, why was I not contacted instead of me having to ask about my order. And to top it all off, customer service doesn't offer anything extra to apologize for the inconvenience they are putting you through. I would think if a company messes up this much, they would offer something to keep you as a customer. I have never gotten 100% service from this company and I am wondering if Vitacost truly cares about their customers' happiness. I have tried to be patient with this company but there has just been too many mistakes and carelessness. After I receive my missing items from my last order, I will no longer be a customer at Vitacost. I have had horrible service and the low prices are not worth the headaches I get with dealing with this company.
