Once I received my order I opened it right away. As I went through my order. I noticed many peices were missing. I contacted the Memories Direct but they said they were unable to fulfill my order. Nor would they refund my money. Looking through everything they sent me. There was no paper work to fill out and return my order.in fact there was no way of returning it at all. Now I am stuck with 8 up graded sets with missing parts. Plus things I never ordered in the first place but paid for them through my credit card.
