I vist the Sam's club on Manchester Road in Saint Louis, mo today 08/18,
My wife had bought two bar stool chairs early and when we got them home we noticed one was wobbling so we took it back to be exchange, Weeks later she wanted another chair and ask me to pick one up for her I bought the chair but to my amazement when I got home I noticed it was the same chair we had returned earlier, when I took it back I ask to speak to a manager, Josh told me that Sam's put back defected furniture and ask me if I wanted to by the chair at a discount I told him no I did not and this was a big inconvience for me to bring the chair back he then told me I can walk back and return the chair and get another one I told him that they had brought the chair when I firist purchased it and put it in my car, He then had someone bring the chair up but they left it at customer service and I had to put it in my car, I have been a member since 1998, but this was the firist time I was treated rude and felt VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS...
