We have bought 2 recliners off of this store. The first one cost us over $600.00 within the first 6 months, the chair wouldn't recline. We called customer service, and they sent out a repairman. He did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. So we called the store back, and asked to exchange the chair. At that point, the gloves came off, and they said they could not make an exchange. We continued to hound them, untill they got tired of hearing from us, I guess. Finally they told us to come in and pick out another chair. When we got there, they informed us that we could not get a chair of equal value, and that we would have to finish paying off the $600. On the first chair, and also that we'd have to pay delivery on the chair that we picked out. We picked out a new chair with a price tag of $299.00. We have now had this new chair for 1 month, and already the chair needs a whole new seat, plus the lumbar portion needs to be fixed. We need a new chair, and now they won't even return our calls. Don't ever go to Kanes furniture in New Port Richey. They are the ULTIMATE in "rip off artists"
