I contacted this Co over 6 months ago concerning a order that I made threw a fellow employee total $119.92 plus shipping, these were Xmas gifts for 2004. Christy had ordered from this Co so we thought they were honorable, they also have posted on the site that they take care of any problems. After Xmas I found out that some of the items were damaged and did not work I contacted them and they responded with wanting all of Christy's info, sent it to them they responded by saying they could not find the info for the order, would I send it again, I did, this has gone on for months, once they all of a sudden found it and all of a sudden I did not hear from them again, so I sent over 20 emails to them and have had nothing but a runaround, thinking that this Co would honor good customer service we passed a catalog around and when I started telling everyone how they have blown me off for all of these months, now no one will order from them, I work as a CSR in a big Co and to fight back
I have posted the emails from them and mine to them so that everyone can see the crap I have gone threw to get this settled. They have no intention of doing anything but blowing me off, NOW its time for the public to know not to order from them, they do not stand behind the products they sell and after all of the emails I have sent them they now have no record of any information or emails I have sent. What does this tell you? They have burned me and if you are smart do not deal with them.
