Basically, I was just ripped off. They were 1.5 hours late for the appointment. The offer was to clean air ducts, dryer vent and two other things. The guys hooked up the suction device and it didn't even cover the vent grill. They left if connected for about 15 minutes. Then sprayed deodorizer that almost made my lungs collapse. The dryer vent cleaning was hilarious... The guy stuck his hand in the silver hose coming from the wall and said that is considered their basic vent cleaning and if I wanted detailed that was another service. They kept offering me other products.
