I have put in 2 complaints to this site about Sears getting me help through my Master Protection Agreement regarding my boiler, but I want to add this:
I have had this boiler under the agreement for many years now and any time I had a Sears guy out here, for a clean-and-check or a prblem, the service has been wonderful and the guys jst great at doing their job. It is not the technicians, but the appointment scheduling that has me so ticked off.
