200$ visa cash card for sign up. - DirecTV

I've had directv for over three months and have filled out and mailed back everything they require for them to send me the card for signing a two year contract but never received the card and only got rude people or a big runaround from the customer service. Thinking this is how they save $... Screwed for two years can't wait to go back to timewarner cable
