I made an appointment for new service to Direct TV they gave me a 4 hour window, an hour and 12 minutes before my 4 hour window was close I got a recording saying that my appointment time was changed and my new arrival time will be in 45 minutes it still took the tech another 1 1/2 to before he got to my house. (by now I am mad has HELL) no apology no nothing. Don't know when and wheremy apappointment was change I didn't change my appointment time. So I sat at home for 6houhours for a hour appoappointment
