After years of cable I was talked into going with directv what a HUGE mistake.
When calling their customer service (if you can call it that) and being told they would not have a tech in the area for 4 days I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being put on hold for 10 min. She came on and all she could say was " I understand but thats the best we can do " apparently she didn't understand. I would never have gone with this company if I knew how badly they treat their customers. You would think in this economy they would bend over backwards to get and keep customers. Of course you have no option since they charge over $400.00 to get out of contract so I am stuck with them for the next 2 years. I would just like to warn anyone who is thinking of using directv to think twice... I can't wait till this contract and nightmare is over. I miss cable...
