I purchased a top loading washing machine on Dec 31st 2012. Machine started major tumbling noise in July. I made a complaint on 19th July with samsung call center, where promptly I was assured support and repair within 24 hrs. The service professionals are so untrained and unprofessional that thy came 3 times in 29 days and just see the machine and return back with assurance to come back. On 6th of aug the machine was taken by the representatives when my old age mother was at home who do not read and write english. The samsung representative filled full marks for customer feedback and forged my sign on the customer service record. They also put date of 31s July as the date of repair start where as the machine was taken away on 6th aug. Our apartment has a material gate pass system which has the records.
The phone numbers the person left who took machine is not answering.
I have never felt so harassed by any company as this time with samsung.
