I bought washing machine WD136UVHJSM 220v 13k on12/10
After3 days, there were water leak. I call the company service, after one week the technician said, this machine transfer to work shop after anther week they asked me to bring the invoice to the work shop, in the work chop they told me this machine can not be repair. We will issue certificate and you will get replacement soon. After anther 7 or 10 days, I received so many calls from the company from different people. Finally I received a massage from Samsung company here in KSA on 12/3 indicating that (I should contact service costumer between 9 to 12 am or 4 to 4:30 pm)
I went to the place 4pm found a lot of people are gathering there in front. Of small steel door and a security garde is saying come tomorrow, any way I contact them later on they told me (your trisection is not ready sorry but we will contact you as soon as it ready
Until now I am not receiving no replacement no waching no nothing.
Becouse I know samsung company is great company and will agree for the costumer to be treated like this therefor I wrote to you this litter
