We purchased a Samsung dishwasher and washer and dryer. The dishwasher motor went out before 2 years. It took 3 months for the replacement motor & seal to be delivered. Now the washing machine has stopped working! It will be 2 years old Nov. 11. Can you make your products last longer than 2 years? We will never buy another Samsung product again. Thanks for letting me vent!
