I purchased a Samsung washing machine and spent over $1700! I've had a warrantee the hole time I've owned it! I called for a warrantee issue and the service company said they couldn't find a model number or serial number on the machine so they said they couldn't touch it. I called Samsung and they told me there was nothing they could do I've spent a lot of money on this machine I expect for it to have a warranty and the warranty is now void because there is no model or serial number on the machine. I did not take the model or serial number off the machine. Please make sumsung help me. Thank you
