In the last week we had two scheduled repair visits, each consisting of a 4 hour window. No one showed up for either visit and no one from Sears called us. So we waited a total of 8 hours but still no technician. Each time I called Sears afterward to address the lack of service & both times I was put5 on hold by the agent, waited over 30 minutes, but no one ever returned to resume my call. Completely unreliable customer service.
