LG Case# CNM130719854520- Fridge broke after less than 4 years. Lost hundreds of $ in food. Paid $65 for LG Service tech and was told by tech that $30 part broken was no longer manufactured by LG. So guess what, it would cost me over $600 to get the fridge repaired. Called LG customer Service, they are the worst I have ever been associated with. After 2 1/2 weeks I still have no resolution, The last rep I spoke with, said that my case had been referred to a supervisor to recommend for a replacement fridge and that the person would call me back within a day... 4 days and still waiting. I call them up and they tell me that the person is gone for the day. Worthless. I will never buy another product from LG.
