The compressor on a 5 month old Refrigerator went out. The repairman said it could be repaired but would never be the same. My mother in law contacted sears and tried to get them to replace the fridge. After many phone calls and lots of yelling she went to Lowes and bought and other fridge, I took the fridge and have been calling for several days trying to get the repair done. I have tried to deal with some of the most Idiotic people I have ever had the displeasure of talking with. There Product resolution people just hung up on me. Louis #401596 couldn"t figure out how to do anything. So he told me to call back tomorrow.
