Direct Tv is keeping my $120! Said they can't find my name! Mist have been out in wrong!

I moved into my new place three months ago and called DirecTV to hook me up. They charged me $120 for the set up automatically and told me they would send somebody out. The guy got here and after 30 seconds told me that I cannot get direct TV because I'm not facing south enough. They told me they would reimburse my $120 in a few weeks. I ended up calling Comcast. After three months of no check in the mail or any money put on my credit card I was dreading the call to direct TV to try to figure this all out knowing that they would try to mess with me. And of course I gave them my full name my address and ZIP Code And the guy said he could not find me. She asked if I received an email and now I did not. I told him that my credit card was charged and my address is linked to all of that with my name and so there should be some sort of file on it and he told me know that the only way I will get my money back is if I Have that first email that DirecTV was supposed to send me but never did. He kept telling me that I would get my money back but if he can't find me by my name or address and it doesn't even matter that I used my credit card Because there's no way for anyone to look up that information right?!?! Thank you for screwing me DirecTV! You're taking food out of my family's mouth!!!
