Nasty service - kenmore ellite fridge

At sears we saw a floor model fridge, asked if they could hold it for the next day. Left the store called the assoc. To assure we will be buying it. He talked to another employee who said they promised it as to someone else. We had to come down asap or it will be sold. We went to pay. When picking up it was pouring. They didnt have any wrap to protect the app., if they called, we would have changed the date. We now have water spots on fridge. While they were getting ready to load it they completely laid the appliance down, for no reason at all. Not inform us that the fridge needs to sit upright to let the oil drain. Upon putting the fridge into our truck they broke the kick plate, not telling me even tho I saw, they tried to sneak it back on. I told them, they said they would get one ordered but call with the model# they told me they'ed pay the part, I pay $20 for shipping. They also dented the side of the fridge. We plugged it in, it wasn't cooling, called service told them of the prob., they wouldnt charge for shipping, someone would fix it tues. They were 3 hrs late no call. It needed $500 of parts/service. Latter I got a call saying that my parts arent in, I needed to reschedule. I refused to, they gave me a new# to call. The next day all parts arrived, a day early I called them, of my parts being in, and was told they had changed my appt. To next Wed. W/out approval. After 5 diff. Reps I got my Appt. Back. No one showed for my Sat. Appt and I was put at the end of the list. Now 12 after I have a repair tech looking at the damage and seeing that all this was because of two careless workers laying a fridge on its back. When talking to service rep. They will take back the fridge, but not replace it with a model that is similar. I bought a fridge that worked, the fridge was damaged by there employees. Its only right to replace this fridge with a comparable model. Should I be expected to take this as my lose when they broke fridge.
