My 80 year old mother purchases an "olive green" sofa and chair. The furniture, when delivered, looks brown. Mom did not want brown. We were told at delivery if there were any problems to contact customer service. We did and were referred back to the store.
At the store the next day, the exact furniture on display looks green. The sales manager said, do you have enough light in your home? We can return it. There is a 30% restocking fee. WHAT? Taped to the counter at the business office is a sign that says: "Cancellation Policy". A return or exchange is considered a "cancellation". So to return the furniture it costs us over $200.00 plus another $60.00 for the pickup.
Had I know I would never have purchased from ASHLEY and never will again. RIP OFF Know your rights before signing for delivery.
