Today I had appointment with sears blue crew to fix my washer. My wife take the day off stay at home and wait for them to come. For not normal hour window 9 to 5 pm but its not the issue!
I get a phone call from the technicians that is on is way and then he ask me is your dryer on top of the washer I say yes, he say I need find out if I can come alone! Mean while when make the appointment originally I told them that the dryer was on top of the washer and give them full information on what need to be done!
I get a phone call from sears and this girl get on the phone and from the min she speak she was rude and attitude like I was garbage to her!!! Hang up the phone on me 3 times and on and on I ask to speak with manger and she won't pass me to him and hang up the phone for the 4 time!!! And she told me the technicians is not going to your home he is going to next appointment and maybe come after to you! I had to run home move the dryer from the top of the washer meanwhile I convince the technicians to come over I came and was supper rude
to my wife and lazy and basically
Didn't want to do the job and he didn't do the job so I had to call sears and cancel it all and get my money back
I will never recommend them to know one worst service I got in my life
