I am speechless, the ongoing Sears saga is epic%u2026 not only can they not repair my machines they also have the audacity to make me wait all day for my appointment and on numerous occasions leave an automated call at 5: pm that I should call Sears for a new appointment, that they are not able to come. They are continually not able to fix my equipment, that I cannot keep track of the time laps and amount of times they did not show up, utterly disgusting and arrogant; I shall never buy a single piece from this terrible store.
