I was denied repair on a burn by stainsafe and I was covered under the seven year contract, it was only three years when this incident happened.

The man told me there was nothing I could do about it, I sent a letter to the dispute office four months ago and haven't heard back yet.

So, I threw two hundreds dollars away.
