I bought a leather couch from Levitz, they strongly reccommended buying the warranty claiming that it covered just about everything even pets.
Part of the couch was damaged during delivery, Levitz said Stainsafe will cover it. Stainsafe after several calls finally sent someone out who said they would get back to us. Nobody did.
Months later we called back, the rep (Pat) was extremely RUDE and said only 1 claim can be submitted at a time regardless if there are several damages or if arrived that way. Therefore our claim was denied and we can no longer submitt any claims until WE have the previous ones repaired and submitt proof to THEM! She refused to give me a number of someone higher up or any other help.
We are in the process of contacting Levitz to take care of this.
The Stainsafe warranty contract is VERY misleading. Though it says it covers torns, etc. They won't cover any pet damage, or if you moved your furniture around or pretty much unless the tear happened magically.
The Worst company I have ever dealt with!
