On the 30th of October, My husband and I purchase $4,300.00 dollars in furniture from Regency. We made to seperate tickets, becuase thinksgiving is coming up and we needed a table. We also informed the sales respresentive that we don't have a bed and we didn't want to wait 3 weeks. Our sales representative at Largo, is Tony, he told us sometimes furniture comes in from the warehouse faster so we made the purchase. We recieved our table set on the 15th of Nov. Last week I called and talk to the Manager and our bed room set was never ordered, the purchase price was $2,567.00, we put down $1,000.00.

The manager told us we had to put down half in order for our furniture to be ordered, we was made because that should have explained this to us the day of the purchase. The manager said he would go ahead and place the order becuase it wasn't our fault. I call on the 16th of Nov and our furniture is still not ordered, they said we have to come in and put down half, I even talk to the manager again. I asked for a refund and the manager said it takes a month in order for us to get a refund. I have talk to the Manager at the Largo office, The Assistant Manager and the Manager at the Brandywine office and still no results. I will never purchase furniture from this store again.
