We purchase couches from Levitz along with the warranty from Stainsafe. A few weeks into the delivery of our couches we noticed the seat cushions would always slide off after literally two or three sittings. Everyday we would have to shove the seat cushions into place. Now my kids and in laws fall off the couches because you cna not gage the extent to which the cushion is off the sofa.
Both levitz and Stiansafe have sent inspectors who have acknolwedge the defect. Both levitz and Stainsafe have declide any repare or better yet REPLACEMNT of the couches. I have letters of correspondence and the inspector reports and yet they choose to be so sly in their dealings. They should be shut down put out of business after they settle all their claims. An we complained about the Martha Stewart case!!!
