I just visited monro muffler at 1268 front street Binghamton New York shop number 4040511 I was overdue for an oil change so I decided to try monro because of the sign hanging on the store advertising oil changes for $21.99 so I went in and requested the service asking the length of wait to be expected the man who I assume is manager Richard Lorenz quickly skipped my question and began taking my information then quoted me 36.99 because my vehicle has over 100,000 miles I told him that I wanted the cheapest price as advertised but he gave me no other option except the 36.99 feeling pressured by the very rude man I accepted the outrageous price and began my wait I was later approached with offers of services that were not needed on my vehicle I quickly denied and sat waiting. While waiting I watched the man argue with another customer childishly even though the customer stated exactly what they wanted he is very rude I would like consideration for a refund of at least the $20 that I shouldn't have had to pay after taxes as I usualy pay only $21 at nearby competitor meineke.
