I placed the order 2 items: Samsung WEP490 Bluetooth Headset w / Stand & Case & Car/Travel Charger AND Team 8GB Micro SDHC Flash Card for $24.99 with 3 days free shipping, but I placed the order with 2 days free shipping with Shoprunner.com.
The next day, I received the email from newegg.com saying that We regret to inform you that your order could not be completed. Though our website may have reflected in-stock status, 1 or more items in your order were not in stock at the actual time your order was to be charged.
But in few days later, the first item which Samsung WEP490 bundles arrived, but none 8Gb microSD.
It seems the newegg.com change the order detail without let me know it.
So, I emailed them 2 times, 1 direct email thru their website, and after few days later, I emailed their customer service, but no reply.
I did not, so far, as I was a regularly newegg.com customer, I dealt with bad internet seller, www.newegg.com.
I am still waiting for the shoprunner.com to get free shiping for returning the item, since this order, I placed with shoprunner, but again, there is no record for this order registered with shoprunner,

I guest this is my bad day, but at least I know how bad they are, and this will be my last time to buy again with newegg.com
