I have ordered several computer related items from Newegg.com over the past few years. I am now a loyal customer, and the company receives my highest recommendation.
On a few occasions, I have had items arrive damaged from Newegg.com. The response of their customer service staff has always been prompt and completely satisfactory. I have received store credit for my time, a free baseball cap, and have never had to pay return shipping (despite the statement on the website that it is the customer's responsibility to do so).
They are not perfect, but no company is. The bottom line is, when Newegg.com makes a mistake, they live up to it, and bend over backwards to make things right in the shortest possible time. That is impressive and rare these days.
