The story is long, but I'll mke it short. I ordered Wii game for my kid's birthday that was "priced" at $19.99. I ordered a second item to qualify for free shipping. The second item arrived, and I went to the website to check the status of the first. The Wii game was charged, but never shipped. I contacted customer service & recieved the below e-mail at 8:18 am:

I check the newegg website and the game is still listed, only now its $46.99. I put it in my cart just to see if it will go through, and it does. Newegg should have honored the listed price. It feels like fraud to me. Goodbye Newegg!!!
