I sent in my Acer Aspire laptop for repair, since wouldn't boot off after 3 month of use, yesterday i went to pick it up at FEDEX, came back home and when I looked to the system information came to realized that my memory RAM have been downgraded from 4GB DDR3 to 2 GB of memory RAM. The laptop is working properly as they replace the hard drive with the one it brings from the factory 500 GB, however, the technitian tampered with the memory, kept my original 4 GBs and replace them with the cheapers one 2 GBs, now I am getting the usual run around, whwn the should only send me my original memory cards by mail, I am willing to ship them back their lousy 2 GBs memory RAMs.
