The Item I ordered was not the one I wanted when they confirmed the order. I called their CSR and was told no problem that the order was cancelled. An hour later they sent me an email that the order was shipped.
The Cost was charged to my Credit Card in the amount of $94.98. When it arrived via UPS I refused it and it was sent back and signed for on NewEgg Dock in Fresno CA.
NewEgg want's to refund only $27.00 and charge me shipping and Restocking Fee. I have challenged the ehtire Cost and I also followed Federal Law that allows me to cancel any incorrect order any order within 3 days. NewEgg is refusing to refund the entire amount.
