I started the repair process DEC 6th it is now JAN 8th. Had to work with three different companies. Each one pointing the finger at the other. When I bought the expensive service plan it was said to be easy. I still do not have a fixed or replaced tablet. If I ever buy an electronic that needs a service plan I will get it from Best Buy or Costco. They actually help there customers.
