Zero help on warranted notebook by Costco, Costco Concierge and Hewlit Packard

I bought an HP notebook from, Costco mid- May. I also bought an extended warranty for HP notebook from Costco online.in mid-October the computer crashed, several phone calls resulted in shipment to HP. HP service found that the mother board crashed and needed to be replaced. Upon receipt 3 weeks later, after two short uses the hard drive crashed, 100% of all my data was lost. HP finally sent a new hard drive and a new operating system software which I installed. Then the battery which had hardly been used went out. Then I had a series of flying cursor problems.in mid- May all of a sudden it would not power up. Finally in late June HP agreed to look at it again. After 2 weeks it was returned and with a freshly charged battery the computer worked for the life of the one battery's charge. AC power cords will not power up. Called HP on July 15; my case manager will not be back until July 20 and no one else can help. I explained I will be out of town next week and would like some help today. Mark at the top HP level said essetialy, "tough luck." you'll have to wait until next week. Zero concern. Now after 14 months, I have had use of the HP notebook for about 8 months. Cost me over $1000. Costco store will not help; Costco Concierge will not help; HP Case Managers have been of no help. I must admit I have spokien to a large number of people at Costco and HP and they always say "I'm sorry. "I'm sure glad I got the extended warranty... Extended means they attempt to provide as little service as possible over an extended period of time. It's beyond me how they stay in business.By the way, this is the 4th HP notebook that has broken down in less than 18 months of use. The other 3 were purchased elsewhere and did not have an extended warranty. I thought I had protected myself this time, but apparently not.
