Laptop w / XP, dec. 2007 to mini 210 in June, HP customer support is always obstructive, arrogant (Indians), ignorant, time consuming, and completely useless to a layperson. After I installed sony ercikson PC Companion this month for my android mobile, I got error messages from (Unknown at the time) Java somethingorother, Windows Librarysomething, and Cloud Drive, things I've never used, as far as I know, and HP doesn't support or explain. Mini's have no User guides installed whatsoever and will not tell the user about. Same with the Cloud Drive, which I might use, now that an HP tech told me what it is supposed to be. To make memory available, following the clody directions from a "tech", I uninstalled Java, cloud Drive, Quick Web (useless and irritating), and Quick Web, Windows-serving garbage. Reinstalled Cloud. From HP site, following directions. I got the Start Screen icon and told a spanish speaker tech that, as far as I knew, it worked. Wrong! Wouldn't turn on or do anything, much like everything from HP. Finally got a tech contact, who described all of my faults and shortcomings, and somehow sent me a link to reinstall this Cloud garbage. Now I have all the error messages again, which, like the Quick Web/Sync, don't allow me to use the stupic mini, until I shut off HP's Error messages. All HP errors, all of them. I didn't buy this to submit to a crooked corporation. I might as well have spent WAY more and gotten a Mac. Next time, I will. As I have said for 3 1/2 years and dozens of hours, insults, refusals, denials, and incompetence from all of HP, the only thing I remember about them is contempt and frustration. Over a month to get WiFi connection to my all-in-one HP printer, after reinstalling the entire operating system on my 6710b, 20 hours over 3 or 4 days. Awful products, awful support, dishonest service, faulty installation.
