Don't buy a DELL

Unless you plan on never needing support and assuming nothing will ever happen to your PC, Don't buy a DELL. My experience with DELL has been less than satisfactory.
My PC is less than a year old and, I bought the extended warranty thinking that it would do me some good. Big mistake. Even though I had the standard warranty and an extended warranty, DELL support declined to fix my PC, after it suffered a major hard-drive problem, without charging me an additional one hundred thirty dollars for a one time fix (with no guarantee that it would work) or two hundred thirty for one year of online support. I assume that this option is in case the fix doesn't work. What a joke. I planned on upgrading my desktop to an Alienware gaming PC from Dell and, also purchasing a laptop from from Dell this coming holiday season but, their blatent rudeness and failure to support their own product has changed my mind. DELL has been a huge dissappointment.

I will never purchase another product from this corporation.
