On 3/4, I called the Geek Squad. A paid service to help you with a pc problem via the phone. The only help I received from the very start was Best Buy needs to send an agent to your home to fix the problem. After 20 minutes of talk and not ONE piece of information on how to fix the problem, I told the agent Kimberly the only thing she was doing was have me pay 100 dollars for an agent to come to my house.
