Ordered a refurbished wireless access point in early October. Called in early November for status check, no units available. Checking the homestore. Cisco.com site the product showed available and the price was adjusted several times, mostly upwards. My order was just canceled by cisco. Called to find out why and they told me that they were out of stock. Asked to speak with a Supervisor and was told that they did have product but I would have to re-order at the new price.
Customer service could not provide any service other than re-reading the same email that I received 8 hours earlier. They did verify that they had stock and I could reorder at the current price but not honor my previous order because it was canceled, by them just as stock became available. Rather convenient, I would say.
