Where do I begin? After owning a Linksys wireless router for less than 6 months it stopped working had numerous Case #s. The accessed my computer and determined it was broke. Said I could upgrade to better unit. I was under the assumption that I would get a credit for old router under warranty. After entering credit card # (STUPID MOVE) I discovered I was sold a new unit at full price. Much higher than what I could have purchased it at any retail store. I said right then I wanted to cancel DO NOT SEND. After some transfers, a lady told me the order was canceled and unit would not shit. It had only been 20 minutes since entering my number. Two days later I checked my account. Sure enough I had been charged for new router. I just called back said yes, it would be here soon and they did not get card canceled in time. Bs. They are supposed to get me a return auth. For the unit then I can get my account credited once the router is received back at Cisco... We will see what happens. From what I read online, this is easier said than done... I’m very dissatisfied with customer service and product. I could barley understand CS Rep. I believe if the first guy spoke English I would have never gave my credit card #. He kept mentioning 10 dollar 15 dollar. I assumed that was the difference between the two and what I would be paying. It’s a scam..
