Ripoff dishonest customer service. Will steal you blind

I bought Flash Mem for my Cisco router that was suppose to be Cisco Certified. When I got the Memory I found out it was not formatted for Cisco. I contacted Ron Goldman and he told me to RMA back to them and they would handle it. I never got a replacment or refund from this company and they refuse to respond to my emails.
